Domestic within India
Currently, we are providing free shipping all over India! 🚚✨
Once an order is received and approved, your shipment will arrive between 5-10 working days dependent on your address.
Rest of World
We have currently suspended international shipping. For any orders outside of India, please email us on support@gaymedlabs.com & we will be happy to organise the delivery with a local distributor.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders

ReturnÂ
GAYMED LABS PVT. LTD. (GLPL) has a general non-refundable and non-returnable policy.
Refunds & Returns are only accepted under the following exceptional circumstances.
- Product had a manufacturer defect
- Product was damaged in transit
- Products were missing
- Wrong product was received
We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, GAYMED LABS PVT. LTD. (GLPL)Â shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product within 3 days from the time of delivery. Once the product image is assessed GAYMED LABS PVT. LTD. (GLPL)Â has the sole right the accept the return request.
Once the return request has been initiated, all items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Only once received & post quality & fraud analysis has been completed, the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account within 8-10 business days.
